Shipping & Returns

Our products are delivered Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched and delivered within 14 days. If we encounter any delay which will result in us being unable to dispatch your order beyond the expected timeframe we will make contact with you to discuss your order.

Refund Policy

If you are are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may contact us for a refund or store credit to the same value. Items must be returned within the first 14 days. Call Anglicare on 13 26 22, for return authorisation and freight instructions. Upon receipt of your returned items (in unused condition), Anglicare will promptly refund or provide your store credit on your purchase price (excluding freight charges).
